Cancellation Policy

We understand that things happen and sometimes you need to cancel your appointment. Please give us at least 48 hours notice to cancel or reschedule your appointment. If you cancel within 48 hours of your appointment, you will forfeit your 20% deposit. If you need to reschedule your appointment more than 48 hours in advance, you will not be charged a cancellation fee.

No-Show Policy

If you do not show up for your appointment without canceling, you will be charged the full price of your treatment.

Exceptions

We understand that there may be extenuating circumstances that prevent you from giving us 48 hours notice to cancel your appointment. If you have a medical emergency or other unforeseen event that prevents you from attending your appointment, please contact us as soon as possible. We will do our best to accommodate you.

Courses Policy

 Course Expiration Policy

All purchased courses have an expiration date of 18 months from the date of purchase.

Cancellation Policy

If you wish to cancel your appointment, you need to give The Skin Refinery 24 hours notice. Failure to do so will result in a forfeit of 1 treatment session from a course. 

Refund Policy

The Skin Refinery does not offer refunds on any treatments or products purchases. 

However, if you change your mind about your purchase within 14 days, we are happy to exchange it for another treatment or product or offer you a credit note. This policy does not apply to products which have been used or opened. The only exception to this policy is a serious or long term illness, confirmed by a medical certificate.
